DRY APRICOT (خوبانی گول)

Description

Dried apricots are typically made by harvesting ripe apricots and then subjecting them to a drying process. This process involves removing the moisture from the apricots either by sun-drying or using commercial dehydrators. The apricots are spread out in a single layer and exposed to warm air until they reach the desired level of dehydration. This preserves the fruit and concentrates its flavor, sweetness, and nutrients.
